Annie Lavallee leads The Lavallee Group at RE/MAX 5 Star Realty, working with buyers, sellers, and investors across single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and investment properties throughout Broward County and South Florida. Her entire business has been built on referrals and past clients — never cold marketing — because the way she works with people is the whole strategy.
Bilingual in English and French, Annie also works closely with international clients relocating to or investing in South Florida, guiding them through a market and process that can otherwise feel unfamiliar from abroad.
